Working principle

Construction process: the layout of the roof panel deepens → the press machine position is determined → the press machine is in place → the tile machine is lifted → the cutting length is determined → the roof panel is pressed and formed.

How to use:

(1) According to the site conditions, the length of the roof and the height of the plate, arrange the point of the tile press. If the tile press cannot be arranged due to site limitations, the tile press can be arranged in a suitable position nearby, and the color steel plate is pressed to the roof, and then manually transported;
(2) According to the determined point, the tile press is in place to ensure that the ground is smooth and the foundation is solid and dry. Then balance out the leg, put the tie, and then vertically extend the leg, so that the leg is on the tie, and keep the body level;
(3) According to the height of the roof panel, lift the tile making machine, lower the lifting coil to 15°, lift the forearm to the level of the tile making machine, and then the main arm, forearm and telescopic arm cooperate with the lifting tile making machine. According to the slope and height of the roof, determine the lifting position of the tile press;
(4) The color steel plate is transported to the tile making machine through the lifting coil, and the color steel plate is connected to the tile making machine before lifting. Set the length and number of cutting board through the electric control box. You can set three specifications or only one specification. Through the electric control box, the tile making machine can be controlled automatically according to the set parameters.
