Drawing design
Product drawing design is carried out according to customer drawings or samples. It includes component design and process design. Strive to perfectly meet customer requirements.
Raw material procurement
The production of mechanical equipment requires a variety of raw materials, including steel, rolls, finished parts, etc. We select well-known brands and suppliers with quality assurance, and conduct strict quality inspections.
Producing rollers
Using Cr12 material, our rollers are rough turned, quenched, lathe finished and mirror hard chrome treated (Cr thickness: 0.05 mm). These processes improve corrosion resistance, hardness, precision and wear resistance.
Welding the frame
In order to improve the stability of the machine,the diagonal bracing will be welded inside the basic frame . The diagonal bracing can keep the machine in a high stability .
Painting
Before painting, our workers will carefully polish the machine, then apply primer, after the primer is finished, then apply finishing paint. After this process, the machine will be perfectly protected.
Assembling the machine

Package and Shipping
