Unwinding → leveling punching and cutting machine → feeding platform → bridge small edge machine → roller forming machine → feeding platform

The second generation production line is composed of uncoiling machine, leveling punching and cutting machine, feeding platform, bridge small edge machine and roll forming machine.The equipment can produce cascade cable bridge, solid bottom cable tray, trough tray cable bridge, ventilation cable bridge;

The third generation equipment is cable bridge forming machine equipment:

The fourth generation production line is composed of block steel conveying device, leveling punching and cutting machine, feeding platform, bridge small edge machine, bending machine; The equipment can produce cascade cable bridge and solid bottom cable tray, but due to the limitation of bending length, the conventional length bridge of 2m ~ 4m is usually produced.
