Uncoiler (optional)
(Standard configuration):3 tons electric uncoiler (manual adjustment of coil loosening and tensioning);
(optional configuration):5 tons, 8 tons or upon request;
Loading width :≤1200mm;
Inner diameter :φ450-550mm;
Outer diameter :≤ φ1500 mm;
Feeding and leveling device:
Function: Used to feed and smooth the coil before hydraulic punching;
Feeding mode: manual adjustment;
Feeding width range :≤400mm;
Leveling roller: upper 3 roller, lower 4 roller, a total of 7 roller;
Material :45# steel, heat treatment hardness 48-52 HRC;
Punching device (according to customer requirements)
The punching device is used for punching holes to facilitate miter folding (self-joining) and for punching holes for supports, hinges and locks.
The punch will be connected to a separate hydraulic punching unit equipped with a fuel tank, motor, pump, pressure control valve, pressure gauge, solenoid valve, hydraulic hose, all designed to operate safely at the required working pressure;
Punch material: Cr12 or GCr12MoV, quenching process, hardness HRC58-62 (select according to demand);
The punch design should be easy to replace without removing the entire unit;
The entire stamping operation will be automated and controlled by a PLC program installed in the operator console;
Cutting type
Cutting type: hydraulic cutting, connected with stamping hydraulic unit;
Hydraulic cutting after molding: cutting the door frame to the required length after rolling molding;
Cutting action: roll forming parts stop when cutting;
Blade material: Cr12 or GCr12MoV, quenching process, hardness HRC58-62 (as required);
Length tolerance: ±1.5mm;

Single convex door frame, the door can only be assembled on one side of the frame;
Double beveled door frame, can be assembled on both sides of the door frame;
We produce door frames that can be easily bent into complete door or window frames without any further processing.
