Sandwich plate rolling forming machine is automatic mass production of all kinds of sandwich plate equipment.
PU (polyurethane) sandwich panel production line is specially designed for the continuous production of Z-lock PU sandwich board. The surface material of the panel can be PPGI, aluminum foil, PVC plate, etc., and the core material can be polyurethane, mineral wool, glass wool, PIR, phenolic or EPS. Panel shapes can be tailored to specific customer requirements. The main products of this production line are external wall insulation composite board and central air conditioning duct. The working principle is: the high precision metering pump of the high pressure foaming machine transmits four kinds of hard foaming materials to the mixing head in a certain proportion, evenly distributed at the bottom of the lower sandwich plate, and transported to the double belt laminator conveyor together with the upper coil. The upper and lower conveying chain plates are solidified and foamed to form hard foam. The shape of the sandwich plate is cut on the production line by the cutter into the desired length of the product.
EPS sandwich panel making machine is a kind of equipment widely used in the production of EPS wall and roof sandwich board, and its finished products can be used to make prefabricated houses, modular houses, freezing rooms, etc. The equipment adopts PLC control to realize fully automatic production. Production line speed 0-4.5m/min, adjustable.
Rockwool sandwich panel machine can be used alone for EPS sandwich board production line, or combined with PU+ rockwool sandwich board production line. The EPS sandwich board consists of 3 layers, both inside and outside are two stained galvanized or aluminum corrugated panels, and high-density EPS foam as the core. Due to its properties, EPS sandwich panels can be applied to objects requiring extremely high fire resistance and are the most effective acoustic materials used in construction. EPS sandwich board connecting edge can be sealed with PU foam to increase its strength and insulation performance. The working principle is: Automatic rock wool cutting, turning, feeding system first cut rock wool board (size: 2400x1200x100mm, 1800x1200x100mm) into rock cotton strip (thickness: 50/75/100/125/150/200/250 mm), and then by transmission, steering, flip system, the fiber direction is vertical, in order to increase the strength of the sandwich board, finally after milling and PU coating, rock sliver with the coil laminated and into double belt system, finally finished discharging.
