Working flow of stamping production line
If the raw material is steel coil, our process is like this:
Scheme (1): Unwinding → leveling → servo feeding → hydraulic forming → finished product discharge
Scheme (2) :Unwinding → leveling → servo feeding → punching molding → finished product discharge
If the raw material is steel plate, compared with the steel coil stamping production line, we lack the uncoiling process, our process is as follows:
Servo levelling feed device → hydraulic forming or punch forming → Finished product discharge
Uncoiling and levelling devices come in two forms:
The thin steel plate is suitable for uncoiling and leveling machine
Thick steel plate for a separate uncoiling machine and leveling machine
