Hydraulic loading trolley

It is mainly composed of wheel, cylinder seat, oil cylinder and walking system. When working, the coil plate is placed on the top of the oil cylinder discharging part, and then start the walking motor, the feeding car is moved to the center of the uncoiler, the oil cylinder is used to lift the coil plate to the center of the uncoiler spindle, and the oil cylinder is started to clamp the plate. The loading car travels radial along the steel coil.

Uncoiler (optional)

(Standard configuration):10 tons hydraulic uncoiler (electric uncoiling, hydraulic loosening and tensioning);
(optional configuration):15 tons, 20 tons or upon request;

Leveling machine

Leveling machine: (0.8-3.0) mm×1300mm×15 rolls

1. The levelling roller is composed of 6 upper rollers and 7 lower rollers. The roller material is GCr15 medium-frequency quenching, the quenching depth is 4-6mm, the hardness is HRC58-42, and the surface of the work roller is plated with hard chromium and the hardness is HRC58-42.
2. Transmission mode adopts closed gear transfer box transmission.
3. Adjustment mode: The use of electric adjustment device, distance meter to measure the Angle lifting gap, display data, reasonable structure and easy maintenance.

Length measuring device

The device is installed at the outlet of the leveler and is used to detect the fixed length of the sheet material. The device is a long wheel on one side to drive the photoelectric encoder coaxial rotation, through the numerical control (computer) system, according to the encoder feedback detection pulse, control the action of the DC governor, so that the leveling machine to achieve quasi-length determination.

High speed shearing machine (3×1500mm)

1. Working principle: the motor drives the tool holder, so that it does up and down reciprocating movement, shear work;
2. Installed between the leveling machine and the conveying platform, used to cut the flat sheet material according to the set length into finished sheet material, according to user requirements to achieve automatic cutting;
3. Model number: 3×1500mm high speed shearing machine, high efficiency and fast action;

Belt conveyor

Purpose: Conveying the cut sheet material to the stacking station;
Belt length about 3000mm;

Lifting pile table (3 m)

Structure: lifting platform, cylinder, discharge roller.
Main functions: The lifting platform is a diagonal lifting platform, the lifting power is controlled by the hydraulic cylinder, the lifting height is 500mm, and the unloading car track is installed on the platform.

Hydraulic system

The hydraulic control system of this production line is composed of hydraulic station and corresponding pipelines and oil cylinders. Power each actuator. All use high quality components. The maximum working pressure is 16Mpa.
